Forgiveness Conference
The grace of God turns our resentments into forgiveness, our revenge into compassion, and our actions into love. Come and learn the tools to forgive and experience the joy of living in freedom. Presented by: Robert D. Enright, P.h.D. Professor of Educational Psychology, University of Wisconsin-Madison.
All of us have experienced the lack of forgiveness in our family, in the church, and in the workplace. These hurts disrupt the peace and happiness everywhere they occur. We don’t often times have the skills to practice the virtue of forgiveness in a healthy way. Come learn the meaning of moral love. Learn how each person has deep inherent worth that does not depend on their appearance, possessions, behavior, or position in life.
This conference offers hope and healing. A day that will give you the tools for rebuilding while giving you confidence to forgive in a healthy way.
A Retreat for the whole family! For Parents and Children (Infants through 12th Grade)
Parents will attend the conference while structured programs for the kids will be presented. Children’s programs will be facilitated by our catechists assisted by classroom aids. All teachers assigned to your child’s classes are all Virtus trained and have all cleared background safety screening in accordance with the Atlanta Archdiocese policy.
We will be teaching five children’s lessons based on the stories of Dr. Seuss. All grade level programs offered at this conference are geared toward your child’s age level.
