Free Throw Contest
The Knights of Columbus invite boys and girls ages 9–14 to participate in our local Free Throw Contest! Participants will be grouped by age and gender and will compete by shooting free throws in a fun, supportive environment.
Each participant will receive three (3) warm-up shots, followed by fifteen (15) competition free throws. Scores will be recorded to determine winners in each age and gender category. Winners advance to the State championship held at Christ The King on March 28, 2026.
Eligibility:
Eligibility is to be determined by the participant’s age as of January 1, 2026. A participant may only compete in one Council-level Free Throw Contest each year.
March 7, 2026, Event Schedule:
- 3:30 PM – Check-In & Warm Up
- 4:00–5:00 PM – Competition
- 5:00 PM – Awards and Recognition
No prior basketball experience is required. All participants are encouraged and welcomed to compete. Use the event link below to register.
