Messiah Sing!
A seasonal tradition, Messiah Sing! is a sing-a-long Advent devotional which includes the Advent portion of Handel’s iconic oratorio, The Messiah, along with Advent carols and songs. The professional 22-piece orchestra and soloists who have sung with the Atlanta Symphony and The Atlanta Opera, among numerous other groups and venues, accompany this true Advent event.
Messiah Sing! will prepare our hearts in hope and wonder for the coming of Christ. People can bring their own vocal scores, purchase one for $10, or just come and be moved by this monument of music, George Frideric Handel’s The Messiah. We hope folks will come and discover that Handel’s music is just as good as everyone says it is.
