  • Dec. 16: What Not to Say: The Silly Things We Say to the Grieving – A compassionate look at the well-meaning but painful things people often say — and what actually brings comfort.
  • Dec. 23: The Six Needs of Grieving: What the Heart Must Do to Heal – A structured yet soulful guide to the six universal needs of grief: acknowledging, embracing, remembering, rebuilding, meaning-making, and receiving support.
  • Dec. 30: The Many Faces of Loss: When Grief Is Complex – How to support those experiencing complicated grief from suicide, addiction, estrangement, or other painful circumstances.
  • Jan. 6: From Loss to Life Again: Rebuilding Hope and Purpose – Moving forward with faith, gratitude, and meaning — living with, not beyond, our loved ones.
