On Wednesday morning, October 4, 2023, Fulton County will be considering allocating $300,000 specifically to fund abortions. The Archdiocese of Atlanta absolutely opposes this resolution. This money should instead be used to provide real solutions to moms in need which do not fail to reverence the dignity of preborn children.

For anyone who can attend the hearing and show visible support against this resolution, please arrive by 9 AM Wednesday Oct 4 to sign in. For those willing to speak, each person can have two minutes. Please wear white. The hearing is at 141 Pryor St, just a few blocks from the Capitol. For more information, contact Cathy Schneider, the St. Brigid Respect Life Leader at 502-592-9123, respectlife.saintbrigid@gmail.com.

From Fulton County:
Request approval of a Resolution by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to provide financial assistance and logistical support for reproductive health care through the appropriation and donation of $300,000.00 to Access Reproductive Care Southeast Inc., matching a contribution made by the City of Atlanta. (Barrett)
