Monsignor Reynolds Charity Challenge

The Quest joined the fun at the Country Club of Roswell to support the 23rd Annual Monsignor Reynold’s Charity Challenge, hosted by St. Brigid. This event is a day of golf, tennis, pickleball, silent auction, wine tasting, dinner, and more. Special guest this year was Archbishop Hartmayer. The money raised benefits many ministries and organizations within St. Brigid and the community including Habitat for Humanity and The Quest Atlanta Catholic Radio. Relics of St. Bernadette Soubirous
May 1-4, 2022
The Quest was at Holy Spirit Catholic Church during the tour of The Relics of St. Bernadette Soubirous. Pilgrims who came to venerate the relics of St. Bernadette also had a chance to experience the Lourdes Virtual Pilgrimage Experience offered by the Our Lady of Lourdes Hospitality North American Volunteers. Dr. Belen Tan and Teresa Lewis (pictured) guided many through the experience.
Paladin Pacers 5K and Fun Run

On a chilly Saturday morning, The Quest was on location for the 3rd Annual Paladin Pacers 5K and Fun Run hosted by Pinecrest Academy. Families with adults and children of all ages participated. This Peachtree Road Race qualifier was a great success! Funds raised benefit Pinecrest Academy’s Annual Fund, which supports current and future students and their families.
Faith and Love Conference

The Quest joined over 350 participants at the Faith and Love Conference hosted by St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. This annual major-speaker conference is offered to grow in our understanding of the Church’s beautiful teachings on marriage and human sexuality. Dr. Edward Sri and Dr. John Bergsma captivated the attendees with their messages of joy and hope in the midst of the daily challenges of living out the vocation of marriage.
Book Launch Party
January 31, 2022
The Quest was on location at the Bold Monk Brewing Company for the launch party of The Dating Booklet, written by Fr. Martin Conner, L.C. in collaboration with 10 young adults who shared their knowledge of dating. Over 65 young adults gathered for information about the book and heard about The Quest Atlanta app for on-demand Catholic programming.
St. Peter Chanel 5K Run
November 20, 2021
The Quest teamed up with the Knights of Columbus #13217 of St. Peter Chanel parish to help promote a 5K run at Blessed Trinity High School. The 8th annual event benefited the Special Olympics of Georgia. Father Paul Porter served as honorary starter. In addition to the 200 runners, a kids fun run around the lacrosse field highlighted the day. Everyone was a winner!
St. John’s University Alumni Meeting
November 3, 2021
A volunteer from The Quest joined with St. Vincent de Paul of Georgia at the Georgia Chapter of St. John’s University (NY) Alumni annual membership meeting. St. John’s alumni help The Quest each time a pledge drive takes place by hosting an hour on-air and taking phone calls from donors. The SJU group also supports SVdP through clothing donations and volunteering at one of the pantry locations.
11th Annual Run for Life
October 23, 2021
Quest volunteers joined 125 runners of all ages in Oakwood, Georgia, for the 11th Annual Run for Life. The charity 5K run raises awareness and funds for the Choices Pregnancy Care Centers in Gainesville and Flowery Branch. The Center opens its arms to women and their families facing crisis pregnancies by providing free tests, screening, and education. Click to hear from Run for Life participants.
Saint Benedict Knights of Columbus Golf Tournament – October 4, 2021
The Knights of Columbus at Saint Benedict hosted their 12th annual golf tournament to benefit five veterans groups in the North Fulton area. The Quest supported the event in advance with on-air radio spots, and Quest volunteers were present on event day conducting interviews and providing items for the golfers’ goody bags. Thanks to the North Fulton Color Guard for presenting the colors during the Pledge of Allegiance and Star-Spangled Banner.
Saint Padre Pio Relics at Holy Spirit Catholic Church – September 30, 2021
The Quest was at Holy Spirit in Atlanta to welcome guests as they arrived to venerate the relics of Saint Padre Pio. Quest volunteers were in attendance all day to engage with visitors, provide updates about Quest programming, answer questions, and encourage participation through donations and volunteering. Everyone went home with a Quest car magnet!
Saint Vincent de Paul Georgia Tee Off For Hope – June 7, 2021
The Quest sponsored the golf fundraiser for St. Vincent de Paul, whose mission is to bring hope and help to those in need so they may achieve stability and move toward self-sufficiency. As the media partner who shares the mission of SVdP all year long on the air, The Quest also manned the interview booth. Volunteers had a great time chatting with golfers who recorded station IDs and shared about their day in support of SVdP. Monsignor Reynolds Charity Challenge

For 22 years, the Men of Saint Brigid have hosted the Monsignor Reynolds Charity Challenge, a fundraiser to benefit various charities and ministries of St. Brigid Catholic Church and the Archdiocese of Atlanta. The 2021 event raised $60,284 that went toward helping ministries including Mustard Seed, prison ministry, respect life ministry, archdiocesan seminarians, Habitat for Humanity, Mercy Care, and many more. Charity Challenge participants enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, wine tasting, an auction, and dinner. The Quest is honored to be the media partner for this charitable event since 2018.
