Seminarian celebration
The cornhole tournament went off without a hitch thanks to Stephanie McCormick, Vice President of Sports Leagues for Atlanta Sport & Social Club. Stephanie volunteered her time and resources to handle registration and run the tournament. Parishioners from over 15 parishes within the Archdiocese played in the tournament alongside the seminarians.
Seminarian Celebration Cornhole Tournament
AM 1160 The Quest – Your Atlanta Catholic Radio – held its second annual Seminarian Celebration tournament and family fun day on July 13, 2024, at Blessed Trinity High School. The seminarians of the Archdiocese of Atlanta experienced great support and encouragement. This beautiful community event included plenty of games, food, and fun.
Knights of Columbus men from St. Peter Chanel, Transfiguration, All Saints, and St. Jude grilled and helped serve over 200 meals.
A Gift of Prayer for our Seminarians
Parishioners throughout the archdiocese showed their support for the men answering the call to serve the Church and assured them of their prayers as they journey through formation by building spiritual bouquets for the seminarians.
From the hours of planning to the enthusiasm and encouragement of all the attendees, the event culminated in a fantastic archdiocesan celebration and show of support for our seminarians.
